HealthMe is working to simplify pricing and payment flows in health care with a platform that allows medical businesses to establish their own digital marketplaces and streamline direct-payments from patients.
My role has involved working with business and engineering to define user journeys and touchpoints on the internal administrative-side, as well as the client and patient-consumer sides. From there, I’ve designed experiences for each audience that rely on a detailed component library. This design system facilitates ease of workflow and scaling, as new features are added to the product.
The goal has been to simplify processes for each user-type, from front-desk office staff who schedule appointments, to patient who deserves to know exactly how much their X-Ray will cost upfront.
